Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order:
- Before the order has been shipped.
- Before the shipping label is generated.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, where applicable.
Cancellation Refund
If payment has already been made and the cancellation request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Breville Global Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases such as:
- Pricing or technical errors
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete customer information
- Payment verification failure
Customers will be notified, and eligible refunds will be processed promptly.
